Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. Who We Are

This privacy policy applies to ai.brennanvitali.com and to the marketing, advertising, and CRM systems operated by Brennan Vitali ("we," "us," or "our"), a Fractional AI Officer practice serving financial advisors and small business owners. You can reach us at brennan@brennanvitali.com.

This policy also covers the software applications we operate on third-party platforms, including our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) developer application, which we use to run and report on advertising campaigns.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly.

  • Your name and email address
  • Your phone number (optional, if provided)
  • Your company name and website
  • Your audit or form responses (industry, team size, revenue range, workflow preferences)
  • Your audit score and dimension results
  • Notes and details you share with us on a discovery or strategy call

Information collected automatically.

  • Pages you visited on our site, referring URL, and the date and time of your visit
  • Device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address
  • Which of our ads or emails you clicked before arriving

Information we receive from advertising platforms. See section 3.

3. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Data

We operate a Meta developer application and run advertising on Meta platforms, both for our own practice and on behalf of clients who have authorized us to do so. Through Meta we handle two distinct kinds of data.

Website and advertising event data. Our site loads the Meta Pixel, which reports page views and conversion events (for example, submitting the audit form or booking a call) back to Meta so that ad performance can be measured and audiences can be built. This may include your IP address, browser identifiers, Meta cookie identifiers, and the event you triggered.

Advertising account data accessed through Meta APIs. With the explicit authorization of the account owner, our application reads and manages advertising assets belonging to us or to our clients. This includes campaign, ad set, and ad configuration, spend and performance metrics, audience definitions, and lead records submitted through Meta lead forms. We access these assets only for the account that granted us access, and only to build, run, optimize, and report on that account's campaigns.

What we do not do with Meta data. We do not sell it. We do not share it with data brokers or ad networks. We do not use it to build profiles unrelated to the campaigns we were hired to run, to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing, or for any purpose prohibited by Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not attempt to re-identify anonymized or aggregated data. When our engagement with a client ends, or when the account owner revokes our access, we stop accessing their advertising data and delete the copies we hold on request.

Meta is an independent controller of the data it collects through its own platforms and pixel. Meta's handling of that data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver your audit results and any material you requested
  • Send follow-up email about your results and our services
  • Send SMS messages about your results and follow-up (only if you provided a phone number and consented)
  • Respond to your questions and prepare for scheduled calls
  • Build, run, measure, and report on advertising campaigns
  • Improve our site, our audit, and our services
  • Meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations

We use an AI model provided by Anthropic to analyze audit and discovery responses and generate recommendations. That analysis is not used to train third-party models.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Advertising and Tracking Technologies

We use the Meta Pixel and Google tags on this site to measure advertising performance. You can limit this in several ways: adjust your ad preferences inside Facebook and Instagram, use your browser settings to block third-party cookies, or opt out through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page.

We use a first-party cookie to understand which of our ads and pages bring visitors, and we keep the contact details you give us in our client records system.

6. SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile number and tick the consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Brennan Vitali (Brennan Vitali Consulting) about your audit or diagnostic results, booking a call, and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver the messages for us.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. To get help, reply HELP or contact us at brennan@brennanvitali.com.

7. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored in a Supabase Postgres database hosted in the United States, accessed by our application running on Vercel infrastructure. Access is restricted to Brennan Vitali and, where a client owns the system, to the users that client authorizes.

We retain lead and audit records for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, and client engagement records for as long as required by our tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate our business:

  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
  • Supabase — database
  • Clerk — authentication
  • Resend — email delivery
  • Twilio — SMS delivery
  • Meta Platforms — advertising delivery and measurement

  • Stripe — payment and invoicing for clients

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing its use of data. We share only what is needed for the service to do its job.

9. Deleting Your Data

You can request deletion of your personal data, including any data we obtained through Meta, at any time. Step-by-step instructions are on our Data Deletion page. We confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of marketing communications. Email brennan@brennanvitali.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11. Children

Our site and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
